Not every applicant gets a call. Most of the qualification happens here, before we ever speak. The form below takes about six minutes — and the thinking it forces is the first piece of value you'll get out of this process, whether we work together or not.

Four steps. Mostly quiet.

    You submit the form below. Takes six minutes if you take it seriously. Take it seriously.
  2. 02
    I read it inside 48 hours. Personally. I don't have an assistant pre-screening these. If your application is sharp, I'll already have a hypothesis about your constraint before we ever speak.
  3. 03
    If we're a fit, I send a calendar link. 30 minutes. We pressure-test the fit on the call — you ask me anything, I tell you what I think your constraint actually is based on what you wrote. If it lands, we move forward with the audit.
  4. 04
    If we're not a fit, I tell you why. And I point you somewhere useful. Wrong-fit applicants get a real reply, not a templated decline.

Think before you type.

A few of these questions are deliberately hard. They're hard because they're the questions you should be asking yourself before hiring anyone — not just me. If you can't answer them well, that's the signal to do more thinking before the engagement, not less.

Founder / CEO / Head of Growth / etc. I work directly with decision-makers.
Annual revenue. Honesty here saves us both time — below $10M, the work isn't a fit yet.
The thing you believe is most slowing the business down. If your answer is "I don't know" — that's an honest answer and a useful signal. Write that. Don't manufacture a guess.
Tools you've bought, hires you've made, agencies you've worked with. Don't hide the losses — they're the most useful signal.
The audit is $5K. After that, retainer engagements typically run in the mid-to-high four figures monthly. DFY work is custom. Pick honestly — wrong-fit budget is a wrong-fit engagement.
